Weird feeling during pregnancy?I keep getting a feeling of intense pressure that kinda takes your breath away in the 22 week of pregnancy. I haven't had any other symptoms of problems but am just wandering what this feeling is. Is this braxton hicks or just a normal feeling. The only other thing I have had is headaches and pain in the upper abdominal area but my blood pressure has been normal. I have had a high heart rate. Just wandering what is going on.

I have that feeling as well now and had it with my first baby. it's just the baby moving and it pulls on the umbilical cord which causes you to feel like you can't breath. Since the baby is still fairly small it still has plenty of space to move around in and it can make sudden movements that make you feel short of breath, this feeling will go away as your pregnancy progresses and you will be able to feel the kicks more without this feeling. The headaches and pain are probably just due to the hormones in your body and your body expanding to make room for baby, if you still feel uneasy talk to your doctor about this and they can explain it more in detail
