HELP! PLEASE! High rish pregnancy, High blood pressure question!?Ok if you had high blood pressure during pregnancy was your baby okay?

-Al
I had severe preeclampsia with both of my pregnancies and had to deliver the first at 32 weeks and the second at 34 weeks. They both spent time in the NICU but are healthy now.

There is a wide range of outcomes in hypertensive pregnancies. Some go full-term with no problems. Others can have severe problems. The best plan is to have your pregnancy overseen by an MFM (Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist) for frequent monitoring, and to have your blood pressure under control as much as possible.
