Should I be worried about a high pulse rate?My resting pulse rate sits somewhere around 90, and my blood pressure is generally around the 120-30 / 40-50 mark. Should I be worried about my pulse rate being this high / do anything about it?
More details:
I'm 21 and in an excellent state of fitness, Mother has a history of low blood pressure but a normal pulse, father has slightly higher blood pressure but a very very slow pulse.

Go to a Doc immediately and get help. Then go to the library or bookstore and read Donna Edens book " Energy Medicine". She talks about using the Temporal Tap to gain more control over the cells and organs in the body.

You should consult a cardiologist if your pulse rate exceeds 100 beats per minute (bpm) or if it is less than 60 bpm.

Any resting heart rate over 100 BPM is considered high. Your blood pressure seems kind of low though. I would get it checked out by a doctor just to make sure.
