Check the label on the Tylenol. I don't think it would cause nose bleeds, but I could be wrong.
There is something else: Are you diabetic? When I was young I used to get nose bleeds every time I had too much sugar.

well where do you live ? I have read and seen that people who are in hotter than normal conditions and are not used to it may get nose bleeds from time to time. Also since you were having them since 4, it could be genetic or you injured yourself when you were a kid and you didn't heal properly.

If you've had a history of nosebleeds I would not suspect that the Tylenol PM has anything to do with it. Since you'd have a history of them since childhood I would assume that you're thin skinned in the nasal passages and any tear or abrasion and you get a nosebleed (like from dry air, taking a decongestant) which can be corrected with cauterization. You can also buy products to moisturizer your nasal passages or put some vaseline on a cotton swab and rub it way up your nose. Your high BP can cause the nosebleeds too but that can be controlled with medication.
Your stomach probably hurts because your nosebleed drains down the back of your throat to your stomach. Our stomachs do not like blood. It's not natural and often causes discomfort and vomiting.
